ADOR (All Doors One Room) is a South Korean record label founded in November 2021 as an independent label of HYBE Corporation, which held an 80% stake, with Min Hee-jin as founding CEO. The label debuted girl group NewJeans on July 22, 2022. Following the 2024 dispute between HYBE and Min Hee-jin, Min was replaced as CEO by Kim Ju-young on August 27, 2024, and Lee Do-kyong took over as CEO on August 20, 2025. NewJeans' attempt to leave the label (November 2024) was rejected by Seoul courts in 2025, which ruled the exclusive contracts valid; the members announced their return to ADOR in November 2025.

Overview

ADOR (All Doors One Room) is a South Korean record label established by HYBE in November 2021 with Min Hee-jin, the former SM Entertainment creative director behind HYBE’s rebranding, as its founding CEO. Its first and only group, NewJeans, debuted in July 2022 and became one of the most successful K-pop acts of its generation.

From 2024 the label was at the center of a highly publicized dispute: HYBE removed Min Hee-jin as CEO in August 2024, the five NewJeans members attempted to terminate their contracts that November and briefly performed as NJZ, and in 2025 Seoul courts ruled that their exclusive contracts with ADOR remain valid. The members did not appeal and announced a phased return to the label in November 2025; Lee Do-kyong has led ADOR as CEO since August 2025.
