BTS V shares his sleep tracker and asks ARMY to stop hotel visits, this Arirang tour detail is hard to ignore now

Running on only about 2½ hours of sleep, BTS member V is asking fans to stay away from the hotels where the group is staying on its Arirang world tour.

In a new Weverse Moment post shared while BTS performs in Europe, V explains that surprise visits to the group’s lodgings are hurting his privacy, cutting into rest time, and even affecting how he performs on stage.

V’s Weverse plea on tour hotel visits

On Wednesday, V used Weverse Moment, the platform’s disappearing story feature, to thank ARMY for their enthusiasm but firmly ask them not to come to the hotels where BTS is staying during the BTS WORLD TOUR ARIRANG.

He said he does not want to reveal where he is staying and that hotel stakeouts can make it harder for him to rest and deliver his best on stage.

V added that his small pockets of free time, walking city streets and eating at local restaurants on tour stops like Brussels, are precious, and he asked fans to let him enjoy them without worrying about being followed to his hotel.

Sleep tracker shows only 2½ hours of rest

To underline how exhausted he is, V shared a screenshot of his sleep tracker that showed just two hours and 27 minutes of sleep, including only 21 minutes of REM sleep and 37 minutes of deep sleep.

Another readout listed his REM sleep at 14 percent, deep sleep at 25 percent, and flagged his overall sleep stability as being in the caution zone, highlighting that the issue is not just short sleep but low quality rest.

For a singer in the middle of a record breaking world tour schedule, that kind of sleep deficit can affect everything from vocal control to stamina, especially when every night involves complex choreography, travel, and early call times.

BigHit legal warning and Arirang tour pressure

V’s message arrives as BigHit Music is stepping up its response to stalking and other privacy violations, saying it will take strict legal action against unauthorized residential visits that target its artists.

The label cited a recent case in which a suspect accused of trespassing and stalking was held in custody for three months before trial, then received a one year suspended prison sentence with two years of probation.

BigHit has stressed that loitering near artists homes or hotels and leaving gifts without consent are criminal acts rather than typical fan behavior, and says it will keep pursuing unlawful acts that threaten idol safety.

All of this is unfolding while BTS breaks touring records with its Arirang era, from the album logging 3.8 billion streams in eight weeks to the tour earning over 200 million dollars and more than 1.1 million tickets sold, including a 125 million dollar May that Billboard reports beat a Rolling Stones boxscore record.

With European dates in cities like Madrid, Brussels, London, Munich, and Paris before BTS returns to the United States in August, V’s request is a clear signal that the most loving support now is giving the group space away from their hotels.
