ATEEZ just set a new bar for their careers. Hanteo Chart recorded 1,885,712 copies of GOLDEN HOUR : Part.5 sold in its first week, pushing the total over 1.88 million and turning the ATEEZ Golden Hour Part 5 first week sales story into a full on milestone for ATINY.
Coming less than five months after GOLDEN HOUR : Part.4 and its own million seller week, this new record cements the series as the center of ATEEZ’s 2026 era. It also raises the question fans are already asking: what does a 1.88 million week actually mean for the fandom that powered it.
Inside ATEEZ Golden Hour Part 5 First Week Sales
Released on June 26, 2026 under KQ Entertainment, GOLDEN HOUR : Part.5 is ATEEZ’s 14th mini album, packed into five tracks, title song BAD alongside MAMACITA, TOXIN, Fallin’, and Body. Members Hongjoong and Mingi once again took part in songwriting, keeping the group’s signature hands on approach.
Between June 26 and July 2, Hanteo Chart counted 1,885,712 physical copies sold. Korean press, citing KQ Entertainment, confirmed that first week sales surpassed 1.88 million, beating the 1,707,870 copies set by 2023 album THE WORLD EP.FIN : WILL and giving ATEEZ their seventh million selling album, six of them crossing one million in the first week.
The momentum was not just physical. Part.5 opened at No. 1 on Hanteo’s album chart and Circle Chart’s retail ranking, and topped Bugs album charts, while BAD hit No. 1 on Bugs songs and reached iTunes Top Songs No. 1 in multiple countries. The album also led iTunes Top Albums in over 25 regions, and the BAD music video featuring Hollywood actor Chase Infiniti quickly passed 10 million YouTube views and earned its first music show trophy on KBS2’s Music Bank on July 3.
ATINY Power Behind ATEEZ’s New Career High
In a streaming heavy era, nearly two million physical albums in one week places ATEEZ in rare company and spotlights ATINY. Hanteo first week numbers count albums sold through certified retailers worldwide, a scoreboard many fandoms treat as proof of how hard they mobilized.
ATEEZ’s curve has been rising for years: 2023 release THE WORLD EP.FIN : WILL held their previous first week record with 1,707,870 copies, then February’s GOLDEN HOUR : Part.4 opened with about 1.54 million and 195,000 pure albums in the United States, before Part.5 pushed past 1.88 million, boosted by multiple album versions and photocard heavy packaging that fuels collecting and gift buying.
What 1.88 Million Means For ATEEZ’s Next Chapter
This record breaking week hits as ATEEZ expand their touring. After finishing the In Your Fantasy world tour in April, they will bring Golden Hour stages to BST Hyde Park, Rock in Roma, Music Bank in Barcelona, and a three day Seoul fan meeting titled ATINY’S VOYAGE : TINY MYSTERY.
With GOLDEN HOUR : Part.5 arriving barely four months after Part.4, ATEEZ have turned the series into a million seller run, and ATINY are watching charts and festival stages to see how far this era climbs.
