EXO is a South Korean-Chinese boy band formed by SM Entertainment in 2011, originally split into the Exo-K and Exo-M subunits. They debuted in April 2012 and became the first Korean act in twelve years to sell over one million copies of an album with their 2013 debut studio record. Suho, Chanyeol, D.O., Kai and Sehun are the currently active members.
