Two of tvN’s most replayed K dramas, Reply 1988 and Goblin, are turning ten, and tvN is celebrating with cast reunion trip shows that drop you straight back into Ssangmun dong streets and that first snowy Goblin winter.
The new Reply 1988 10th Anniversary reality special and the Goblin 10th anniversary special flip both stories into one night, two day travel variety, mixing games, behind the scenes memories, and remade OST stages that are basically engineered to trigger a full drama rewatch.
Reply 1988 10th Anniversary Reunion: Life Drama Turned Variety
Reply 1988, which aired on tvN from November 2015 to January 2016, follows five families sharing one alley in 1988 Seoul and is still praised as a “life drama” for its mix of first loves, friendship, and parents quietly holding everything together.
For the 10th anniversary, tvN turned that warmth into a three episode travel show, Reply 1988 10th Anniversary, produced by Na Young seok and Shin Gun joon. Filmed in Gangwon Province in October 2025 and aired from December 19 to January 2, it gathers the cast for a one night, two day retreat.
Hyeri, Park Bo gum, Go Kyung pyo, Lee Dong hwi, Ryu Hye young, Ahn Jae hong and the neighborhood parents slip back into retro outfits, play allowance games, and recreate the group poster while sharing stories from set. What Happens in the Goblin 10th Anniversary Special
