KATSEYE is booked to perform at the 2026 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in Los Angeles on Oct. 18, the group’s labels HYBE and Geffen Records confirmed. The multinational girl group joins an all-women lineup that also includes Tate McRae, Megan Thee Stallion, and Megan Moroney.
It is the kind of booking that reads as a status marker in American pop culture, and it lands while KATSEYE is still in the middle of a breakout year. The appearance also extends a pattern that has quietly held for three straight years: the revived Victoria’s Secret runway keeps finding room for a K-pop act.
KATSEYE will perform at the 2026 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show
The show is scheduled for Sunday, Oct. 18 in Los Angeles. Victoria’s Secret has not announced the venue, but the brand confirmed the event will stream globally on YouTube, as well as across its Instagram and TikTok accounts.
Billboard first revealed the performer lineup. The four acts represent pop, hip-hop, country, and a global girl group built on the K-pop system, which makes the 2026 bill one of the more deliberately cross-genre lineups in the show’s modern run.
For KATSEYE, the booking sits alongside a first arena tour and a stretch of chart activity rather than standing on its own. The group is on THE WILDWORLD TOUR, which opened in Dublin on Sept. 1 and continues across Europe and North America.
Why K-pop acts keep landing on the Victoria’s Secret runway
The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show launched in 1995 and ran annually until 2018 before going on hiatus. It returned in October 2024 with a new format and a booking philosophy that leaned hard on live music as a headline element.
The revived era has featured a K-pop act every year. Blackpink’s Lisa performed in 2024, and TWICE took the stage in 2025 alongside Karol G, Missy Elliott, and Madison Beer. KATSEYE makes it three in a row.
The show’s older history set the ceiling for what this slot means. Taylor Swift, Rihanna, and Lady Gaga are all part of the performer lineage, which is why a booking here tends to be read as a mainstream crossover signal rather than a standard festival set.
This year also shifts the show’s geography. After two consecutive years in New York, Victoria’s Secret moved production to the West Coast. Adam Selman, the brand’s EVP and Chief Creative Officer, described the result as a bigger swing.
“I wanted this to be bigger and bolder than last year, and we couldn’t find a space in New York that could house all the things that we wanted to do,” Selman said. He has taken to calling the 2026 edition “Fandemonium.”
The momentum behind the booking
KATSEYE’s case for the slot is measurable. The group’s third EP, WILD, reached No. 1 on the Billboard 200 in August, their first chart-topper on that list.
The singles run has followed. On the Billboard Hot 100 dated Oct. 3, “Animal” ranked No. 30 in its ninth consecutive week on the chart, and it climbed one spot to No. 14 on Pop Airplay, a new peak for any KATSEYE song.
Catalog depth matters too. WILD held at No. 33 on the Billboard 200 in its sixth week, while the earlier EP BEAUTIFUL CHAOS was still on the chart at No. 195 in its 65th week. Those figures belong to the Oct. 3 chart and will move.
Before WILD, the group built recognition with tracks like “Touch,” “Gnarly,” and “Gabriela.” A first arena tour and a No. 1 album together are what separate this booking from a promotional guest spot.
What HYBE’s multi-home strategy has to do with it
KATSEYE debuted in the United States in June 2024 as a joint project between HYBE and Geffen Records. The group was assembled through the 2023 audition program The Debut: Dream Academy, and it is HYBE’s first girl group to debut in the U.S. market.
The project runs on what HYBE calls a multi-home, multigenre strategy, an initiative led by Chairman Bang Si-hyuk that applies the company’s idol training and production system to markets outside Korea. The members are multinational, and the output is aimed at U.S. charts and U.S. radio.
That structure explains a booking like this one. KATSEYE is not being introduced to American audiences through a Korean export pipeline. The group is positioned as a domestic act with an international build, and the Grammy nominations reported for Best New Artist and Best Pop Duo/Group Performance fit that framing.
How to watch, and what is still unconfirmed
The 2026 show streams globally on YouTube starting at 7:30 p.m. ET and 4:30 p.m. PT on Sunday, Oct. 18. Victoria’s Secret will also carry the livestream on its Instagram and TikTok accounts.
Several details remain open. The venue has not been announced, and there is no confirmed setlist, performance order, wardrobe, or guest list for KATSEYE’s segment. The group has been booked as a performer, and no runway appearance or brand partnership has been confirmed.
On the fashion side, the show will feature models including Ashley Graham, Gigi Hadid, and Alex Consani, among others. The brand also built a casting search into the run-up, documented in the Angels Among Us docuseries, which follows the selection of a new Angel who will walk on Oct. 18.
For U.S. fans, the practical takeaway is simple: the performance will be free to watch live, and it will air while KATSEYE is still touring. Whether the group treats the slot as a victory lap for the WILD era or a preview of what comes next is the question worth watching.
