TOMORROW X TOGETHER are officially coming back to Japan in August with their 5th single Setsuna Hanabi, and preorders are already live. For MOA, this TXT Setsuna Hanabi era brings nine physical versions, first press perks, and a Tokyo premium live on release day.
The single marks TXT’s first Japanese comeback in about ten months, following double platinum album Starkissed. Digital and physical release dates fall in the same week, so fans outside Japan will want their carts, calendars, and streaming alarms ready before promo hits full speed.
TXT Setsuna Hanabi: Dates and Single Details
TXT’s 5th Japanese single Setsuna Hanabi drops digitally on August 17 at 0:00 JST, with the CD single arriving August 19 in Japan, roughly August 16 and 18 for most US time zones. The release packs four tracks total, three new Japanese originals plus an alternate version of the title song, with full tracklist and credits still to be revealed.
Nine Versions and How to Preorder from the US
All nine CD versions share the same audio, so the choice is about packaging and extras: three group focused limited editions, a first press standard, and five member solo jackets. Every first press copy includes a serial number application ticket for lottery type benefits. Limited Special and Photobook editions bring bigger packaging with photobooks and other paper items, and a slimmer Limited Photocard edition exclusive to TXT Weverse Shop and Universal Music Store centers on a selfie photocard set. Solo Jacket editions spotlight each member with individual covers and cards, ideal if you mainly care about your bias.
Official preorders opened June 30 at 11:00 JST, which fell on the evening of June 29 for US fans. TXT Weverse Shop and Universal Music Store carry all formats and the most direct Japanese benefits, including eligibility for some lotteries tied to serials. Overseas friendly options such as CDJapan and major K pop retailers also list the single, though their bonuses and event eligibility can differ from Japanese chains.
Premium Live and Promo Schedule for MOA
On the CD release day, TXT will hold a Setsuna Hanabi premium live at Tokyo Garden Theater, with seats decided by lottery. Fans enter by buying designated premium live application products through TXT Weverse Shop or Universal Music Store, and there is a separate quota for the official MOA fanclub in Japan. Overseas MOA can apply if they buy eligible versions, but travel, language barriers, and ID checks mean the event is mainly geared toward fans who can be in Tokyo.
Before the single arrives, Beomgyu, Taehyun, and Huening Kai are set to appear on Nippon TV festival THE MUSIC DAY 2026 on July 4, performing Kenshi Yonezu’s hit Lemon as part of TXT’s Japanese promotion. A detailed teaser schedule, music video previews, and the final tracklist have not been released yet, so MOA should keep an eye on TXT and TXT JAPAN social accounts and Weverse notices as the August Setsuna Hanabi comeback gets closer.
