He remains active as a soloist, releasing the single “Happy Hour” in November 2025 and the mini-album “Said & Done” in May 2026. He is set to return on July 23, 2026 with the summer single “Wet,” the official theme song of the Waterbomb 2026 festival and his first summer release in six years. In March 2026 he stepped down from JYP Entertainment’s board of directors while retaining the title of Chief Creative Officer and remaining the company’s largest shareholder.
