The proclamation and the City Hall tribute
Contemporary SBS and KBS reports described a proclamation ceremony at City Hall on August 31, followed by the September 1-8 designation. The announced visual tribute was red lighting at City Hall on September 1, tied to the ARIRANG album identity.
The announcement did not establish a separate public BTS appearance at the building, transport benefits or admission to any concert. This archive records the announced lighting programme, not an independently witnessed account of the display or its precise nightly hours.
The SoFi and merchandise dates have passed
The four Los Angeles concert dates were September 1, 2, 5 and 6. They belong to the tour’s September archive, not its upcoming calendar.
Weverse’s merchandise notice listed pickup at The Proud Bird near LAX from September 1 through 6, between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. PDT. That window has also ended. It should not be used as an instruction to visit the location for collection now.
Delayed streams are a separate schedule
The official Weverse concert page distinguishes the September 1, 2, 5 and 6 live broadcasts from delayed single-view streams scheduled for September 18-20. Those later dates are not extra concerts or a continuation of the city designation.

Why a civic tribute differs from a fan event
Los Angeles officials framed the designation around BTS’s cultural impact and the city’s relationship with Korean and Korean American culture. That provides context for the honor without changing what attendees were entitled to receive.
A proclamation recognizes an artist. A venue notice governs concert attendance. A Weverse product governs its own viewing or collection conditions. Treating those as interchangeable was the practical risk in a headline telling fans to plan their Los Angeles nights around City Hall.
