IZ*ONE (아이즈원) was a South Korean-Japanese girl group of twelve members, formed through the 2018 Mnet survival show Produce 48 and managed by Off the Record Entertainment and Swing Entertainment. The group debuted on October 29, 2018 with the EP Color*Iz and its single “La Vie en Rose,” becoming one of the most commercially successful project groups of its era before disbanding on April 29, 2021.
Its members were Kwon Eunbi (leader), Sakura Miyawaki, Kang Hyewon, Choi Yena, Lee Chaeyeon, Kim Chaewon, Kim Minju, Nako Yabuki, Hitomi Honda, Jo Yuri, An Yujin and Jang Wonyoung. Wonyoung, who finished first on Produce 48, was the group’s center. Several members went on to major careers, including An Yujin and Jang Wonyoung in IVE and Kim Chaewon in Le Sserafim.
