ITZY just sold out the 5th fan meeting in Seoul, and one detail after lineup fears has MIDZY eyeing tours and comebacks

Every seat for ITZY‘s 5th official fan meeting at Olympic Hall is gone, and that simple fact says a lot. The two-night event, titled ITZY The 5th Fan Meeting 있지 믿지, 날자! ALL IN, MIDZY, has officially sold out, proving their core fandom is very much alive.

For MIDZY, this is happening in a high pressure chapter. ITZY are in the middle of their 3rd world tour TUNNEL VISION, fresh off their May mini album Motto, and coming out of lineup challenges that made K-pop fans worry about the group’s long term future.

ITZY 5th Fan Meeting Sold Out at Olympic Hall

The 5th fan meeting takes place at Seoul’s Olympic Hall in Songpa-gu on August 8 at 6 p.m. KST and August 9 at 5 p.m. KST, roughly 11 months after their previous fan event. The venue holds about 2,400 fixed seats, so nearly 5,000 lucky fans will see ITZY across two nights.

Fifth generation MIDZY fanclub presales ran July 13 and 14, followed by general sales on July 15 through official platform NOL Ticket. Once the general sale opened, all seats for both dates were snapped up, with reserved tickets priced between 88,000 and 110,000 KRW.

The August 9 show will also stream live on Beyond LIVE as a paid online broadcast. For international fans shut out of the venue now that the ITZY 5th fan meeting sold out, that broadcast is the only official way to experience the new fan service in real time.

MIDZY Fandom Power Across the TUNNEL VISION Tour

That sell out in Seoul matches ITZY’s recent touring record. Their 3rd world tour ITZY 3RD WORLD TOUR TUNNEL VISION, which opened in Seoul in February, has already packed out solo concerts in Tokyo, Hong Kong’s AsiaWorld Arena on June 20, Kaohsiung, Macao’s The Venetian Arena, and Taipei Arena.

On that tour ITZY stack title tracks like TUNNEL VISION, WANNABE, Not Shy, and new single Motto with solo stages and the revived B side THAT’S A NO NO. Their 12th mini album Motto, released May 18, logged over 300,000 first week sales, keeping the group firmly in rotation.

What ALL IN, MIDZY Means for ITZY’s Next Era

All of this is happening after a stretch of lineup related anxiety for MIDZY. Vocalist Lia paused activities for about nine months because of tension and anxiety, leading to four member stages for some schedules, and leader Yeji has limited intense choreography for certain Japan dates because of a herniated disc.

JYP Entertainment eased one fear in September 2025 by confirming that all five members renewed their contracts, and the current OT5 promotions plus another completely sold out fan meeting show that commitment being rewarded. Investor materials already frame the TUNNEL VISION tour as a core strategy, with more regions expected and European arenas plus Singapore already on the schedule, even though North American dates are not yet officially announced.
